  American Headstones did a remarkable job on my mother's marker! Josh was efficient and professional and made the process so easy! Purchasing my mother's marker is one of the hardest things I've had to do, but I am so greatful and so thankful to have found a company that was able to provide a beautiful marker in a timely, cost efficient manner.   I live in San Diego and I was looking for the best place for my father grave stone. It llooked like they had good rating. I contacted them by phone and left a message. I did not get any response. I emailed them after a week and got an email back to send additional information. I emailed them back with detailed description and two detailed og edge designs and drawings for a flat granite ledger I did not get any responds. After a few days thinking they should have had enough time to respond back, I emailed back asking if they have any answer for me. I got an email back with a random quote that was general and asked for photographs. It looked like they didn't read my detailed email nor they looked at my drawings before they hurry to give me a quate.I called them and Josh himself answered the phone. I knew he only had looked at my email briefly after my last follow up. Up to this point I still patiently was trying to give them a chance and communicate the informations. His tone was not friendly. He insisted my two different designs are identical.For design I mean two different og edges that was not hard to read for a company that works with stone. That is all. No scripture no picture etc...I walked him through the difference between the two og edge designs, measurements etc...the more we talked the more he got unprofessional. At this point he responded that he thinks I should take my biusiness elsewhere!I! I was a serious customer and I expectef to work with a serious and professional company. My experience with this company is that they are not professional, serious or customer friendly and I did not trust them with my business.
